Before a teenager can join Ganiverse® Vault™, a parent or legal guardian and the teenager attend the Parent & Teen Experience™ together.

Teenagers have an opportunity to meet other local teenagers who are also discovering Ganiverse® Vault™ with their families.
They can introduce themselves, talk about shared interests and decide whether they would like to stay connected after membership activation. The choice to connect always remains with each teenager.
Parents and legal guardians remain part of the experience from the beginning.

Verification is available only after your family decides.
Families who decide that Ganiverse® Vault™ is right for them may continue to the in-person verification and membership process.
The teenager’s age and identity, together with required parent or legal guardian information, are verified before member content becomes available.
Verification confirms membership eligibility. It does not guarantee the conduct, intentions or safety of another individual member, and no online service can eliminate every risk.

Is the Parent & Teen Experience™ free?
Yes. The experience is free to attend. There is no obligation to purchase a Vault™ membership.
Who needs to attend?
The teenager, age 13–17, must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
Can a teenager attend alone?
No. The experience and any subsequent verification process require the teenager and a parent or legal guardian to attend together.
Do we have to join Vault™ at the event?
No. Families may attend simply to learn, meet the team and ask questions. Membership is optional.
Can membership be activated without attending?
No. Vault™ membership begins only after the required in-person Parent & Teen Experience™, verification and approval process.
Does the experience include unrestricted Internet or YouTube access?
No. Ganiverse® Vault™ does not include unrestricted Internet search or unrestricted YouTube search. The experience focuses on the private community and responsible digital-life education.
What does verification confirm?
Verification confirms the teenager’s age and identity together with required parent or legal guardian information. It does not guarantee another member’s conduct, intentions or safety.
