REPORTING CONCERNS

Members can report concerning content or conduct and block another member. Reports help Ganiverse® review concerns involving messages, profiles, Moments™, private groups, photos, voice or video communication.
Concerns should be reported promptly.
Examples include grooming, child exploitation, harassment, threats, bullying, impersonation, fraud, inappropriate sexual conduct and other behavior that may place a member at risk.
Blocking remains available.
Members can use blocking tools to stop further contact. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to contact Ganiverse® promptly whenever they become aware of a serious concern.

Teen membership is limited to ages 13–17. A parent or legal guardian attends the Parent & Teen Experience™ with the teenager. The teenager’s age, identity and required parent or guardian information are verified in person. Member content remains unavailable until verification and membership approval are complete.

Ganiverse® began with a simple need: staying connected with my mother while she lived in Glasgow, Scotland, and I lived thousands of miles away in California.
After her stroke, and later her passing, I understood more deeply how important connection becomes when people need one another most. That experience grew into A Universe of Private Communities™.
Parents later shared concerns about public exposure, follower pressure and teenage life being placed before an enormous audience. They wanted another social choice.
That promise became Ganiverse® Vault™—a separate community for ages 13–17 built around verified membership, friendships, private groups and shared interests.
Because trust should begin before digital access, membership starts with the Parent & Teen Experience™ and in-person verification.

Frequently asked questions.
Can a teenager register entirely online?
No. The teenager and a parent or legal guardian must attend a Parent & Teen Experience™ and complete in-person verification before Vault™ access can be activated.
What does in-person verification confirm?
The process verifies the teenager’s age and identity together with the required parent or guardian information. It does not guarantee the conduct or safety of any individual member.
Can an unverified teenager view member content?
No. Member profiles, Moments™, GaniChat™, private groups, photos, voice and video remain unavailable until verification and approval are complete.
Who can become a Vault™ member?
Ganiverse® Vault™ is created exclusively for teenagers ages 13–17 who complete the required process with a parent or guardian.
Can members create private groups?
Yes. Verified members can create private groups around friendships, interests, school clubs, sports, hobbies, activities and study.
Can an adult Ganiverse® member access Vault™?
No. Vault™ is separate from Ganiverse® Passport™ and the adult Ganiverse® communities. Adult membership does not provide access to Vault™ member profiles, content, conversations or private groups.
Does Vault™ provide unrestricted Internet or YouTube search?
No. Ganiverse® Vault™ focuses on communication and shared experiences inside the private community and does not include unrestricted Internet search or unrestricted YouTube search.
What should a member do about concerning conduct?
Members should report concerning content or conduct and may block another member to stop further contact. Parents and legal guardians should contact Ganiverse® promptly about serious concerns. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
What happens when a member turns 18?
Vault™ is for teenagers ages 13–17. Ganiverse® uses an age-transition process as a member becomes eligible for the adult Ganiverse® experience.
